How we work
My Seaside Luxury can provide you with assistance right from the first steps of your property journey, whether it be advising on where to buy your property or how to decorate your new home.
We have great relationships with many local suppliers and give you recommendations for builders, decorators or upholsters. The first step is to get in touch with us for a telephone consultation and then we shall come and visit you at your holiday home and talk over all your questions and queries and arrange the next steps.
Your Team on the Ground
Once we have had our initial meeting, we shall send you all your relevant paperwork, including projected rates and a realistic projection of occupancy for your first year.
We will also include a recommended inventory list for your property along with any other documentation. Once you are happy with everything, we will move on to getting your property ready for holiday letting.
A fully managed letting agency.
As we are a fully managed letting agency we will manage all bookings, guests, cleaning, linen and small maintenance and inventory issues on your behalf.
Any major maintenance that needs doing you will be contacted first. We monitor your property prices daily and special offers weekly and you will be sent an update monthly to let you know how your property is performing.
Securing great Bookings
Your property will be advertised on our newly designed, easy-to-use website, which is live 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We also advertise on specialist third-party websites so your property can attract guests from all over the world.
We also have great relationships with corporate companies and a very repeat custom rate. We thrive on knowing your property just as well as you do so we can give the customer all the knowledge that they need to make an informed decision. We also live in the local area so we can give customers the very best knowledge of what is going on in the area, where to go, and what to do.
About Us
My Seaside Luxury is a full management company, we take on your holiday rentals so you don’t have to worry about them.
We are small independent business that started in 2010.
Ben and Emma, the proprietors have backgrounds in electrical engineering and architecture and after coming to Ramsgate to visit family, fell in love with it. From there, they teamed up with some investors and started buying properties which were perfect for the holiday rental market. In 2010 there were under 10 rentals available in Ramsgate. Now if you search on a site like Air BnB you’ll find 1000+, so the market has expanded hugely.
The market online has got much larger, it has also changed considerably so we are constantly working on new ways to ensure your property is advertised with ‘the edge’ it needs to stand out from the others. We are very active on social media, have a constantly improving website and also invest in Search Engine Optimisation to ensure our website appears high in the rankings on the largest search engines.
Why we are different
There are other companies out there that manage holiday rentals on behalf of property owners but none of the others do what we do.
Most management companies will advertise your property, take bookings and simply give you all of the booking information and guests details and allow you to handle it from there.
But that isn’t ideal if you don’t have the time to meet your guests, organise cleaning and respond to their enquiries in a timely manner. We do all of that for you.

Responding to all guest booking enquiries and confirming bookings with guests

Processing payments to your owner account
Sending your booking revenue, account statement, invoice for costs

Guest Management
This service is offered to our property owners, whereby the business of holiday letting and everything involved in the coming and going of guests is also managed by My Seaside Luxury. This service can be summarised as follows;
Liaising with third-party cleaning teams to ensure that cleaning is scheduled to maximise the availability of your property
Writing and sending the key details, arrival instructions and any other guest orientation information
Managing the linen rental and linen stock levels
Managing the provision of cots, extra beds, extra linen, high chairs
Providing round-the-clock telephone support to checked-in guests, providing troubleshooting/arranging for issues to be addressed by third parties
Provision of the essentials for your property (includes toilet roll, tea towel, bin bag, soap for bathrooms)
Welcome Pack
This is another way in which we are looking to set ourselves apart from the rest of the competition by providing the guests with something they remember and are grateful for.
We feel a more substantial welcome pack warms the guest to the property and the owner and will get the stay off to a great start encouraging positive experiences and positive reviews.
What is expected from you as an owner -
All we expect our owners to do is to come and enjoy your property whenever you wish to, your property will be ready for you on your arrival.
We also ask that when you do visit, you give your inventory a double check over in case anything else is needed for you or your guests.
You are also more than welcome to pop into the office at any time or we can come and visit you to discuss anything you wish.
